Brent Smith has won the URA Saddle Bronc Riding championship five of the past six years, taking top honors in 2002, 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007. He was the URA Reserve Champion in 2003. Smith is an 11-time PRCA Great Lakes Circuit finals qualifier. His father, Chuck, won the 1967 URA All-Around, Saddle Bronc Riding, and Bull Riding championships.
