The Rice Lake, Wisconsin, rodeo scheduled for May 26th and 27th has been cancelled.

May 2007 News

Finals are set, they will be Nov. 1-3 and they will be back in Topeka, KS at the R.R. Domer Arena on the Kansas Expocentre Grounds. We had a great finals last year in Columbia and look forward to many more great rodeos there, but the board decided to move back to Topeka for this year for finals. If you have any ideas on sponsors please contact a director now so we can plan for the finals.

Look at all the rodeos listed on the website and be sure and keep checking back for more rodeos. The directors will be meeting on May 19th to approve more rodeos.

The entry number for Buffington Rodeo had the wrong area code in the newsletter, so please use the area code 218 for all Buffington Rodeos.

We have a color brochure available to share with sponsors and committees that tells about the URA, please contact me or a director if you would like a brochure.

Barrel Racers remember that this year you can only "vet out" three weekends throughout the summer, after that time you will be responsible for your fees.

Ron Bever wants all the barrel racers and calf ropers to contact him for information about some jackpots in New Sharon, IA May 26 and 27. You can contact him at 641-637-4013 for more information.

Be sure and get your memberships sent in before the entry dates for the rodeos so your points will count.

Good luck down the road,
Muff
